This unit is designed to provide space in front of the roof rack for GM or custom style light bars. Black powder coated with an anti-rust undercoat comes with all Stainless Steel mounting hardware and easy to follow instructions. Equipped with 2 Fixed independent rear light bars (1- light per bar) Original factory cross bars must be removed prior to installation
